However, it is absolutely necessary for clear aligners to be worn at least 20-22 hours a day for efficient teeth movement.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ALIGNERS?
We want you to have not only a beautiful smile, but also beautiful teeth! Keep brushing/flossing like you normally do. In addition, make sure you brush/floss after you eat and before you put your aligner tray back on. Do not eat or drink anything other than water when your trays are on. Make sure to remember to brush your trays when you brush your teeth! You should be coming in regularly to see us for appointments, but don't forget to also see your dentist for routine dental exams and cleanings!
